Ian Jacobs

Ian Jacobs is the editor of the W3C Process Document. He has co-edited a number of Recommendations and other documents since he joined W3C in 1997, including HTML 4.0, CSS 2, the Web Content Guidelines 1.0 and the Authoring Tool Guidelines 1.0.
