Balisage 2025 (August 4 through 8) is:

Processing overlap and discontinuity with a new type of markup language/processor
    Introducing undergraduates to Invisible XML
JNodes: a new data model for navigating JSON trees
    Parsing Finnegans Wake with iXML
    Why the Semantic Web failed
Versioning in XML for a content management system
Schematron as an interface to XSLT

Using XML in prompts to avoid LLM hallucinations
Ensuring the correctness of XProc pipelines
Processing historical narrative recipes in a modern style

    Rebuilding the TEI website

Discussion at Balisage is open, candid, and unashamedly technical.
All technical sessions are 30 minutes, with 15 additional minutes
for questions. Participants can interact with the speaker after the talk.

Developers, programmers, academics, business folks, government, consultants,
Digital Humanities geeks, language designers, students (and more) are all welcome!
