XProc community group announces publication of the 3.0 specifications

The XProc community group is pleased to announce that XProc 3.0: A Pipeline Language and XProc 3.0: Standard Step Library have been published. This milestone marks the culmination of several years of effort by the XProc community group and the editorial team. The 3.0 specifications offer substantial improvements both in terms of what can be accomplished with XProc and how easily it can be done.
