Previous Versions

This is the first in a chain of "previous versions" links that you can follow all the way back to January 1998. In fact, there were informal drafts floating around well into the middle of 1997.

I would say, in general, the previous iterations are not very illuminating, except perhaps on pure archeological grounds.
