The other window contains the XML specification; this window the commentary on it. The content and appearance of the XML spec are exactly as in the official version; it has not been edited in any way to generate this presentation. The commentary is contained in external XML files, with XML hyperlinks into the (entirely unaltered) XML version of the spec.
