Komodo is a cross platform XUL Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that will support the Linux, Windows and Unix platforms.

The Komodo XUL IDE enables developers to build XUL applications using the Python, Perl, Javascript and Extensible Style Language Transformations (XSLT) open source languages. The environment includes a Project Manager, Debugger, Online Help system, and Editor that features an "Early Warning System" Perl and Python syntax checker, method tips, block folding and syntax coloring.

The Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000 Beta Release and Linux 2.2.0 Technology Preview versions are currently available as a free download.
