Headline Viewer for Windows 95/98/2000/NT is an RSS Client that collects and displays news headlines or software updates from a customizable list of any number of news sources and web logs. The applications uses an XML-based system to automatically scan small XML files, created by the news source or software indexes, for changes. IE5 must be installed.
