XOTcl (pronounced "exotickle") is an object-oriented scripting language based on Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Object Tcl (MIT OTcl).

XOTcl now has a new and improved Resource Description Framework (RDF) parser. Also included in the distribution is a demo usage of the RDF parser called UNIVERSAL.xotc.

The aim of the demo/tutorial project is to develop a Business to Business (B2B) platform for the exchange of learning resources between higher education institutions. The prototype demo application is a specialized Web server that parses an RDF file describing learning resources into triples, presents key information in a catalog, and presents the detailed information in the form of nested HTML tables.

This site also links to an online tutorial, mailing list signup, language reference, and additional documentation.
