In this article the author (the Oracle lead XML Technical Evangelist and
development lead for Oracle XSQL Pages) offers a stepwise method for authoring a
well-formed XML document, inspired by Strunk & White's "Elements of Style".
Checking to be sure a document adheres to the 10 "Elements" (or basic rules)
insures well-formedness. Reading the rules plus explanatory text equals an
introductory tutorial.
