Milestone 18 (M18) of the Mozilla browser has been released. The browser is designed for standards compliance, performance and portability, with no platform-specific features. The Mozilla HTML rendering engine is embeddable so it can be used in other applications or browsers. This release adds Java support for Linux. An additional download option adds early stages of eXtensible Style Language Transformations (XSLT), Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) and Math Markup Language (MathML) support on Windows, or MathML and SVG support on Linux. M18 supports Windows, MacOS, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and OpenVMS.
