The WSDL Toolkit is a set of tools that allow developers to generate client and server code from a Web Structure Definition Language (WSDL) document that now contains a Private UDDI registry and enhancements to the WSDL Generation Tool to support COM. SOAP encryption, UDDI4B (UDDI for Browser) and a Digital Signature handler are also included.

A WSDL document describes the interface and deployment details of a Web service. The WSDL Toolkit can be used by service requesters to obtain all the code needed to access an existing SOAP service as described by a WSDL document, and by service providers to generate the base for their service implementation.
