ComDais eXtensible Markup Language (cdXML) is an XML-based language for electronic commerce transactions and applications that allows buyers, suppliers, aggregators, intermediaries, and market makers to communicate using a single, well defined language.

In addition to defining methods for communication between all parties involved in the commerce system, cdXML also provides standard language for dealing with suppliers via punchouts, and helps integrate this information into concurrent intermediary purchase information for buyers.

cdXML was designed to work perfectly with current Commerce XML (cXML) implementations.
