Fragserver is a Java Web Application designed for running on Apache servers that is based upon support for the XML standard for receiving and parsing parts of or isolated elements in an XML document without having to process the entire document (i.e., XML Fragment Interchange). This is a download link for a .war file (you can use jar to unbundle it) that includes source code and installation instructions.
