This tutorial describes a use of the set of XML messaging tools and services
provided by Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 known as the business process
orchestration features, or BizTalk Orchestration (BTO). BizTalk is used to model
a reverse auction, a common dynamic pricing technique characterized by a single
buyer issuing a request for quote (RFQ) and accepting bids from multiple
sellers. The article also includes a discussion of advanced BizTalk
Orchestration features.
