TopStyle is a CSS 1/ CSS 2 compliant editor for Windows 95/98/NT that features CSS definition selection to target specific browsers or CSS levels, a color-coded editor and internal previewing. TopStyle is also compatible with Mozilla's Gecko. System conflicts are minimized, since TopStyle does not install system files like DLLs or ActiveX controls.
