Abstract: "The W3C Digital Signature Working Group ("DSig") proposes a standard format for making digitally-signed,
machine-readable assertions about a particular information resource. PICS 1.1 labels are an example of such
machine-readable assertions. This document describes a method of adding extensions to PICS 1.1 labels for purposes
of signing them. More generally, it is the goal of the DSig project to provide a mechanism to make the statement: signer
believes statement about information resource. In DSig 1.0 statement is any statement that can be expressed with
PICS 1.1."
