Composite Capabilities/Preference Profiles (CC/PP) specify what a user agent (such as a web-enabled phone or a web browser) can do. This document describes a method for using the Resource Description Framework (RDF) to create a general, extensible framework for describing user preferences and device capabilities, which are collected into a CC/PP profile.
