Netscape used XML to create XUL (the XML-based User Interface Language), a markup language for defining the objects and layout of an application user interface, across platforms and devices, using web standards. Now Netscape is also home to the XUL Developer Central site, which offers tools, documentation, tutorials, code samples, a newsgroup, FAQs, demos, technical articles and news related to the language.
