XMLSPY 5 is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for applications involving XML, Web Services, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Services Definition Language (WSDL), XML Schema, Extensible Style Language Transformations (XSLT) or Extensible Style Language (XSL) in database, .NET and Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) environments. This IDE is a suite of editing, debugging and design-time tools.

XMLSPY 5 includes a graphical schema and Document Type Definition (DTD) editor, a WSDL editor for building services, automatic C++ and Java code generation, a tool for converting entire HTML Web sites to XML-enable sites based on XSLT style sheets, a built-in XSLT processor and debugger and integration with Tamino XML Server.

XMLSPY 5 supports Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP. The XMLSPY site provides documentation and a downloadable free trial.
