Xselerator is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for editing and debugging XML, Extensible Style Language (XSL) and Extensible Style Language Transformations (XSLT) code. The editor includes Intellisense-like element and attribute dropdowns, automatic tag completion, find and replace, copy and paste, customizable color syntax highlighting, the ability to configure to any common transformation engine, and source/tree/browse views. As an instance of the new support for Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) and Extensible Style Language Formatting Objects (XSL FO), it also provides SVG and FO view modes.

The debugging features include watch values including XML Path Language (XPath) expressions, stepping (step over, step back, restart and run to end), breakpoints, conditional breakpoints and call stacks.

Some additional tools are the Project Files Manager, code prettifier, HTML Tidy, print preview and an XPath query analyzer. This version of Xselerator has full Unicode support.

A free trial version is downloadable for 14 days of actual use, with an option to extend for an additional 21 days. Xselerator requires Windows 98/NT4/2000, 32 Mb of RAM, 10 Mb of free disk space, Internet Explorer 4.x or 5.x (5.x required for certain features) and Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 Production Release or SP1 or later.
