The TopXML XML Code Library holds about 250 (to date) open source code snippets contributed by developers in the large TopXML public markup community, which includes resources and partners such as TrainIT Store, Snippet Central, Markup World, ZVON and XMLPitstop. Selecting a link in the browsable online library produces a page containing a description of the code and its contributor and a cut and paste window containing the code.

Areas covered include XML, .NET Web Services, Extensible Markup Language Remote Procedure Calls (XML-RPC), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Extensible Style Language Transformations (XSLT), XML Path Language (XPath), XML Query Language (XQuery), Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), Blocks Extensible Exchange Protocol (BXXP) and Java Architecture for XML Binding (JAXB). Library items may be browsed sequentially, or viewed by language or category.
