XML Security Library (XMLSec) is an OpenSSL- and libXML- based C library developed for support of major security standards, including XML Signature, XML Encryption, Canonical XML and Exclusive Canonical XML.

The XMLSec site provides links to all required software, a news page, an Interoperability Report and an Online XML Digital Signature Verifer with a forms interface. XMLSec Library requires libXML, libXSLT and OpenSSL. The download package is released under an MIT License.
