LabBook Genomic XML Viewer is a version of LabBook Genomic XML Browser that is provided free to the scientific community. The viewer converts Genetic Sequence Data Bank (GenBank) files to XML to enable a display that helps the user understand and visualize annotated sequence features.

LabBook Genomic XML Viewer can be used to search for GenBank files, navigate and zoom to any resolution, explore literature references and sequence cross-references and capture/export sequence images.

Genomic XML Viewer requires a 300 MHz Pentium II, 64 Mb of RAM, 16 bit display or better, 56K modem, 800 x 600 resolution and Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.01 (SP1). A 500 Mhz Pentum III or better, 1024 x 768 resolution, broadband connection and Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 (SP1) or later is recommended.
