The Protein Information Resource-International Protein Sequence Database (PIR-PSD) is a cross-referenced, annotated protein sequence databank developed by the nonprofit organization PIR-International in collaboration with Munich Information Center for Protein Sequences (MIPS) and Japan International Protein Information Database (JIPID).

The PIR-International site provides free download links for the PIR-PSD in XML format and the Non-redundant Reference Protein Database (NREF) in XML format.
