Ribonucleic Acid Markup Language (RiboML) is an XML application for ribosomal science. The RiboML page provides a link to the RiboML Document Type Definition (DTD) and a sample RiboML document that describes transfer Ribonucleic Acid (tRNA) and a short messenger Ribonucleic Acid (mRNA).
