Wapaka is a Java–based Connected Limited Device Configuration (CLDC) –compliant microbrowser.

Originally developed for the Palm, the current release supports all PDAs using Palm OS, PocketPC, Symbian, or Linux and any mobile or embedded device with a Java Virtual Machine.

A Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE) version runs on desktops. The browser supports Java, Wireless Markup Language (WML), Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) Basic and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). The user interface is customizable by editing an XML definition file.
