The UELCP's XML Work Group is developing Document Type Definitions (DTDs) for the filing and exchange of legal documents using XML standards. This site also includes links to news, events, discussion forums, committee activity and reference materials.

The Utah Electronic Law and Commerce Partnership (UELCP) is a public sector, private sector, bar association initiative to facilitate and promote the Electronic Practice of Law and Electronic Commerce in Utah. This organization is the first of its kind in the nation.
