The Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) and the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI) have released an extensible set of Java classes and services to aid rapid Resource Description Framework (RDF) application development, the Extensible Open RDF Toolkit (EOR).

EOR provides an open source code base for several typical implementations, including login services for user authentication, validation for persistent data stores, inserting models into and deleting models from relational databases, and a search service for RDF databases with Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) -based resultset model translation.

The latest version of the Stanford RDF Application Programming Interface (Stanford RDF API) and Xalan are integrated. EOR is released under the Dublin Core Open Source Software License (DCMI Public License).
