Evaluation And Report Language (EARL) is being developed by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative Evaluation and Repair Tools Working Group (WAI ERT WG) as part of a new empasis on Conformance and Quality Assurance testing (QA).

EARL is a Resource Description Framework (RDF) -based language designed for generating machine-readable descriptions for a variety of XML languages, documents and tools, generating machine-readable Accessibility conformance test results for Web sites and possibly for specifying repairs. The EARL framework is itself extensible via EARL "modules", specialized XML applications for a particular language or domain.
