Graphic Communications Association/IDEAlliance has transferred ownership of TopicMaps.org to Michel Biezunski (InfoLoom) and Steven R. Newcomb (Coolheads Consulting), who will now maintain the Topicmaps.net site about XML Topic Maps (XTM).

Topicmaps.net offers the specification for Biezunski and Newcomb's Processing Model for XTM 1.0, several recent presentations on Topic Maps, links to related Standards and Initiatives, links to several related mailing lists including the General Interest Topic Map List, and a link to Kathleen Fisher's works on graphical knowledge representation, concept mapping and semantic networking tools.
