Percussion Rhythmyx: The first complete XML-based solution for delivering dynamic data to browser-based applications without programming or scripting. Addresses two key challenges of XML; getting at the data, (typically not stored as XML), and easily consuming XML with HTML browsers. A GUI is used to define data mapping between relational data and XML. The server piece manages presentation of the XML by using XSL style sheets and can dynamically convert XML content into formatted HTML pages. XSpLit is used to automatically generate XSL style sheets from HTML. No proprietary tags, code, servlets or other data access logic is embedded into the page.
Typical Applications: Browser-based applications requiring dynamic data
Availability: Server: Windows NT, Workbench: Windows NT, 95/98
