LXP PostgreSQL Application Server Version: 0.8 Company: Command Prompt, Inc. OverviewLXP (also mod_lxp) is a PostgreSQL application server. It is developed as an Apache Module for speed an scalability. LXP is designed to broker and parse content through intelligent server-side inclusion, persistent PostgreSQL connectivity and Ad-Hoc query support. LXP behaves more intuitively by using technology such as the Command Prompt Universal Broker. The Universal broker allows complete integration with any Apache driven site or application. If your Apache implementation supports Perl, Python, or PHP methods, LXP supports them as well. LXP also supports direct XML through the non-validating parser expat.Typical Applications: Integration of multiple technologies, e.g; PHP and Perl scripts or Java Servlets Availability: LXP is available for immediate purchase and is current supported on Linux X86 and Linux PPC.
