MetaMatrix Server provides a standardized platform for data integration. Using virtual databases, the MetaMatrix Server provides real-time access to information in its native store - without moving data. Serving as a core infrastructure element, the MetaMatrix Server provides a single access point to enterprise information resources.

Deployed on J2EE-compliant application servers such as IBM WebSphere™ or BEA WebLogic™, the MetaMatrix System integrates multiple information sources. Organizations can easily integrate CRM, ERP, accounting, and any other diverse systems.

The organization develops metadata models with MetaBase to describe these systems. These metadata models act as virtual databases that users and applications can query for real-time results from the modeled systems. These integrated results help the organization make faster, more informed decisions.
