thinkXML2000(TM) is a complete software solution for rapidly developing, deploying, and managing interactive XML forms. thinkXML2000 quickly XML-enables your enterprise by leveraging existing investments in form designs and back-end infrastructure.

thinkXML Management Console

The thinkXML Management Console is an intuitive, drag and drop GUI that runs on any Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, or 2000 machine out of the box. Linked libraries enable users to fully leverage prior work and to effectively team manage XML applications on an enterprise scale.

thinkXML Publishing Server

The thinkXML Publishing Server is a set of components that provide services to the Management Console. It enables file access over HTTP/HTTPS; deploys form publications to the Web server; and automates tasks such as saving, compiling, executing queries, updating back-end processing definitions, and logging. It runs on Windows NT 4.0 (SP6), 2000 Server, or 2000 Advanced Server.

thinkXML Runtime Server

The Runtime Server is a "smart" execution environment that transforms XML form schemas into robust, dynamic XML Internet applications optimized on the fly for the Client browser type. It handles display, navigation, validation, runtime queries, file uploads and calculations. It also sends XML data to the Transaction Server or any other transaction processing system.

The Runtime Server uses leading techniques to optimize scalability and performance, including object-oriented programming, caching, and client-side processing. The Runtime Server also supports server farms and multi-processor machines, making it scalable to hundreds of millions of client requests per day. It runs on Windows NT 4.0 (SP6), 2000 Server, or 2000 Advanced Server.

thinkXML Transaction Server

The Transaction Server is an incredibly flexible back-end framework for processing XML data. thinkXML eAgents perform specialized actions such as submitting the XML data to data stores and/or ERP systems; routing data to message queues; e-mailing data; overlaying data onto PDF forms; and executing custom scripts on the data.

The Transaction Server allows authorized users to update back-end processing rules on the fly from any Management Console over HTTPS. It includes a complete, legally binding audit trail, with the ability to "replay" transactions.
