B-Bop Xfinity is a high-performance, scalable XML data server for managing native XML data and documents. Designed with an n-tier, stateless architecture, Xfinity is J2EE compliant and is open standards-based.

B-Bop Xfinity is the ideal information aggregation and management server for content-rich e-business and e-commerce applications. Xfinity delivers a comprehensive set of XML management services including:

  1. Patent-pending, RDBMS-based, XML database that provides native XML storage & retrieval
  2. XML Query engine with support for XPath
  3. Patent-pending high-performance XSLT transformation engine
  4. Dynamic Content Aggregation engine for automatically assembling content from existing databases, websites and legacy systems
  5. Support for wireless devices such as PDAs and WAP phones
  6. Built-in application services including connection pooling and session management

B-Bop also provides an add-on, MS Office Integration module that allows users to easily publish MS Word and Excel in XML over an HTTP connection to the Xfinity server.
