XML'99 Coverage on XML.com

December 3, 1999

Edd Dumbill

Next week in Philadelphia, from December 5-9 , XML.com will be co-hosting the XML'99 conference. Throughout the conference, we will be providing special online coverage. Daily reports from the floor will be published on Monday through Wednesday, written by XML.com staff, with contributions from Simon St. Laurent, author of several successful books on XML.

As well as covering the conference and exhibition, we'll be bringing a taste of the XML'99 tutorials to the XML.com site, with a feature on XML and Python from Sean McGrath.

If you're visiting the show yourself, please take advantage of our kiosks, situated in the registration area, where you can catch up on the conference each day by reading XML.com. You'll also be able to preview the new O'Reilly Network, the essential portal for developers interested in open and emerging technologies, including new platforms, programming languages, and operating systems.

If you're not going to XML'99, then by reading XML.com daily during next week you can keep up to date with show developments. Additionally, at the end of the week, we'll be posting a summary of highlights, featuring some of the most exciting and interesting products and technologies at XML'99.

Whether you're attending or not, we hope you'll find our coverage of XML'99 enjoyable and useful.
