If the markup also describes the structure of the
comic, then a less artistic user could take
their favourite characters, arrange then on the
panel and add dialogue to suit... a new comic!


You could also personalise a comic. In a Dilbert
comic, you could specify a url that contains a
picture of your boss, and other characters, and
then forward a reference to this new comic to
your co-workers...


Using techniques similiar to SMIL, you could
create animated comics...


The possibilities are endless!
