Lots of interesting info. However, an idea of generating XSD from DTD soes not look good: DTD keeps minmal info about XML document while XSD is the most detailed description. So, it would be to move just in the opposite direction: XML=>XSD first, then, if necesary, XSD=>DTD! Michael
