You'll find more information in chapter 14 -Documenting Schemas- of my book (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/xmlschema/) :-) ! That being said I am not very happy with this answer and I have asked if we could make this chapter public on the web --I am not sure that it will possible, though, since we had already chosen another chapter to post as a sample and there is usualy only one chapter per book which is published on the web as free beer.
