mKR is truly a universal language, which can provide the total integration which is lacking in today's "Semantic Web". mKR is not a chimera.
The mKR language (http://mKRmKE.org/) includes
query capability ("questions"), procedures ("methods"), relations (as in relational database), contexts (space, time, view) as a
normal part of its knowledge representation.
As an added bonus, mKR features an English-like syntax.
mKR has been virtually ignored, primarily owing to the "Not Invented Here" syndrome. Perhaps XML.com could act to remedy this NIH culture?
