Hi all, personally I think that if within six months significant features can be added - I think of the coming update / insert and delete capabilities, I would prefer this over a interim release. These added features will be very important for the use and acceptance of XQuery 1.0. Besides that, it will give some more time to straighten out some of the hot issues that without doubt will still have some certain impact over the specification as it is now. Time which otherwise will be spent in release- and update issues. It would be unwise to hurry now and release something which is still too incomplete. Pieter
