Well, I tried completing your survey, but Firefox 1.5 decided to crash half-way through. I suspect it had to do with all those "pretty" checkboxes, radio buttons, and text boxes that served no other purpose than to frustrate me. Is there something wrong with standard HTML form widgets? Needless to say, I won't be trying this again. -Chris

  A bit behind on my Firefox update. I just used FF 1.0.2 and it worked fine; the only problem I ran into was that when I forgot to do one box and it brought everything back up for me to complete, some of my answers got lost.
