Hm.... almost, but not quite. RSS is one specific flavour of XML that won't be usable by web browsers and InDesign.
However, what you could do is create a "master" XML document that contains the content to be used in all 3 sources (the print & online newsletter andwebsite) and then use a one or more XSLT stylesheet(s) to transform the content into the format expected by each source.
