Jason, Have to admit, I never thought of using a hosted queue to backend a chat client. Brilliant! A project I'm working on, WSMQ, is a very similar offering, and we're currently running a beta program (find out more at http://www.wsmq.com). Our queue supports journals, dead letters, encryption, and more, plus we have a web-based managment application that you can use to manage your queues. I'm really excited that this idea is catching on! I've been using a web-service based queue for about a year in an enterprise-grade application, and it's working great! Thanks! Brendan Tompkins
