I would like to reiterate Mike Champion’s remarks. Software AG is definitely not moving away from XML. The company is investing significantly in XML Business Integration in terms of both human resources and product portfolio. Recent appointments include Dr. Peter Kürpick to the Board of Directors with responsibility for the "XML Business Integration" division, to further expand, as Software AG describes it, this strategic business unit. Dr. Kürpick is currently Senior Vice President of a major NetWeaver development division at SAP AG.


In addition the company:


• Released its expanded XML Business Integration Portfolio in Q2, 2004:
