This is very interesting, but my bigger problem is how to data-enter the many thousands of books in my library. An article on open-source UPC barcode/LCC scanning solutions, etc. seems to be needed. I don't have so much free time that I can leisure at pulling and typing in each one. It's only when you have a lot that you really need cataloging anyway.
