Missing piece seems to be the additions to the sgml.dcl SHORTREF SGMLREF "''" "'''" "'''''" ">" "&#RS;----" "**" "&#RS;*" "&#RS;**" "&#RS;***" "&#RS;#" "&#RS;##" "&#RS;###" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;*" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;**" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;***" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;#" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;##" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;###" "&#RS;&#RE;&#RS;" "&#RS;!" "&#RS;=" etc, from Ricks input; Seems to be necessary to stop sx telling me that sx:wikisgm.dtd:103:4:E: "[[" is not a short reference delimiter etc. Now it really is useful Rick :-)
