If this is however true, let me forecast that one of these days police will purse drivers who do apply the highway code, governments will charge licence fees for respecting the Law (= standards for living in the same coutry), and schools will be charging intellectual rights on using what you learned in the class for your work (write any recent word with correct orthograph, for example)!
