I am suspicious of any article that claims to be about the XML family of technologies but spends more time talking about RDF than it does about XPath, XSLT and W3C XML Schema. |

Never judge an article by it's title. The content is written by an engineer, the title is usually written by an editor looking for a tag line to get people interested.

I can see your point; however the bias towards RDF was a conscious decision, as it is probably the most misunderstood of the technologies. XML Schema and XSLT are widely used, and their capabilities well-known. You're just lucky I didn't get started on RDF Schema too!
