SOAPClient is in C++, works only on Windows and is commercial product witjout source code. If you want Java library, working as servlet, available as open source try Xydra http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/xgws/xydra/ - even though it has less features than SOAPClient it does works and can be modified to meet any need inclusing generating XHTML code customized for small devices providing painless UI to any Web Service described in WSDL.
